What are your department's Day-to-Day responsibilities to the citizens of Webster County?

Construction and maintenance of Courthouse. Oversee Road and Bridge Dept. Overlook budget, make management decisions for County. Work closely with Emergency Management Dept. Work with cities and other government agencies trying to bring harmony with all.

Upgrade employee handbook. To have a better working relationship with employees.
